Terms of Use

Article 1 (About These Terms)

These Terms set out the conditions for using the iOS application "SENNEN CAMERA" (the "App") provided by Norihiro Otsuki (the "Operator"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Description of the Service)

  1. The App is an entertainment service that uses AI technology to generate fictional images imagining "1,000 years after humanity is gone," based on photos you take or select.
  2. Generated images are imaginative artwork and do not predict or guarantee the future appearance of any real place.
  3. Each generation produces a different result. You cannot choose the content (animals, world events, and other elements that appear).

Article 3 (Fees)

  1. The App is free to use, with limits on the number and quality of generations.
  2. Additional transformation credits (packs) and subscriptions can be purchased via in-app purchase through your Apple ID.
  3. Purchases, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Apple's terms. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, and benefits remain available until the end of the paid period.

Article 4 (Rights in Generated Images)

  1. You may freely use images you generate with the App for personal use, social media posts, and similar purposes.
  2. Images generated with free credits include a watermark (the App's logo, year count, etc.). You may not remove or alter the watermark.
  3. The Operator handles images only to the extent necessary for generation processing, service improvement, and quality verification (see the Privacy Policy for details).

Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)

You must not engage in any of the following:

  1. Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals
  2. Using photos that infringe the portrait rights, copyrights, privacy, or other rights of third parties
  3. Distributing generated images while falsely presenting them as the actual current or future state of a real place
  4. Unauthorized access to the App's systems, reverse engineering, or circumventing generation limits
  5. Any other conduct the Operator deems inappropriate

Article 6 (Changes to or Suspension of the Service)

  1. The Operator may change or discontinue the App without prior notice to users.
  2. Generation relies on an external AI service, so the App may be temporarily unavailable due to outages or specification changes of that external service.
  3. Daily generation limits apply to protect the service.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Operator makes no warranty as to the content, quality, or accuracy of generated images.
  2. Generated images may differ from the original photo in composition and content. This is a characteristic of the AI technology used by the service.
  3. The Operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the App, except in cases of the Operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 8 (Changes to These Terms)

The Operator may amend these Terms as necessary. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this website.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute relating to the App.
